Kind and welcoming staff

Staff was wonderful. Supportive, kind and welcoming. Activities were okay. It would have been nice to have more and a greater variety. The food was fine. No complaints. The room was a nice size, plenty of space and a good lay out. During the time my mom was there they seemed to be going through a transition with staffing. Change in Director. They seemed to be a little short staffed during the transition. They were always kind and professional but you could tell things were a little rough. Overall it was a good…

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Finding the right place for my dad was one of the hardest decisions we had to make, but Murray made it so much easier. From day one, the staff welcomed him like family, ensuring he felt comfortable and cared for. The nurses and caregivers are always attentive, and they genuinely take the time to engage with residents. He enjoys the activities, especially the music nights and gardening club. It’s a huge relief knowing he’s in a place where he’s treated with kindness and dignity.
