★★★★★
PositiveStaff is friendly and attentive. Activities are fun and well organized. Food is inconsistent and a limited amount of options. Room size is fine. Sometimes communication from leadership is inconsistent and limited, particularly when issues like Elevator down or water leaks causing water to be turned off.
★★★★★
PositiveA welcoming staff, friendly to residents and visitors is important. As a family member I Treat staff and residents with appreciation and respect and it makes for a better experience.
★★★★★
PositiveMy cousin is sometimes challenging and the staff have been very good to her. I have always been very impressed by all the staff. There are good activities, it is definitely clean and food seems good. Her apartment is very large making it a bit more expensive than most.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are friendly and helpful. Food is okay, limited options. My father has been a bit unsettled for personal reasons so not participating yet in activities. It is not cheap but it is a good location (west side at least) welcoming staff and clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThe residents and staff are all very friendly. She felt at home right away and the staff is excellent and very caring. She had one medical crisis and they handled it well. They were not fully transparent about the end date of the move in special and it is now more expensive than planned.

CriticalPrestige Senior Living in Beaverton Hills was fine. It just wasn't the right fit for what we were looking for. We only met two people, and they were fine. One was very knowledgeable about what they offered and was enthusiastic. The other one seemed like she was a little bit newer to the community. We went into one empty room, and it was okay.
