CriticalThis is one of the worst places that you can take your loved one! The rooms are left filthy and we had to come in and sweep and mop on our own because the employees were just sitting around talking while your loved one's diaper is sitting in filth! The whole building smells of a dirty diaper and urine. The cafeteria is gross and unkept so much so that we would bring our own food in to feed our loved one. All in all, i am letting anyone reading this to continue looking for a safe, clean place. Don't make the mistake…

PositiveMy mother has been at Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare of Live Oak for a couple of weeks now. So far, the staff has been attentive and incredibly compassionate to her needs. They have activities available, but she hasn't been involved in anything yet. They provide physical and speech therapy. The facility itself is very clean. She has a private room, and it's perfectly lovely.
