The staff has been very compassionate, the food is very nice. The nurses, aids, dining room staff, and management have been very compassionate and caring. The rooms are very nice and quiet and well appointed. The health director has been great, the rehab facilities are excellent and there is always something going on to keep the residents active. It's a very nice community and everyone seems to have the residents' best interests in mind.

I think facilities are good, food seems ok... but they are not very organized and seem under staffed... my dad has missed many shower days ( he gets 2 a week) so when they miss one it's a big deal and if they miss 2 in a row- yikes! It took forever to get a call button for his neck to be able to call if he needed help ... that was very concerning to me and they are slow to respond so if a true emergency then it's a bit scary... but residents are great and I am sure it's hard to get good quality staff anywhere.

The Harmony Memory Care is very good. It's hard to know exactly what you need or what is most important in this situation until you have a bad experience. That is what happened to us. We moved my brother from another facility to Harmony about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Vast improvement in nursing care...consistent medication given at the right times without skipping doses.
