PositiveMy mom was a resident of Arborview The Good Life for 3 years. She was well cared for. The staff was genuine and so very caring. They were all very loving towards her. Her rooms were very good. She was happy there. I wanted to thank Arborview for such good care of my mom.

CriticalNever felt more helpless than when I visit here. Staff does not interact with the people, they are snippy when answering call buttons (almost like the residents are a bother to them). There just is no life there no happiness terribly sad to see the lack of care and empathy. Food is horrendous, we try to keep our loved one supplied in their room because most meals are not edible. CriticalMy loved one was there for many years and the last 3 were horrible, use to be the place people wanted to go, now they just want to go away. Accommodations overall appearance declining, food have trouble even calling it that and the lack of care and caring staff is BAD. Glad my loved one is no longer there, grateful for the good times they had there just a shame it went 360 degrees in the other direction
