CriticalMy uncle is at Arcadia Care of Morris. He was discharged from the hospital and transferred over there for OT, PT, and respiratory therapy. At first, it was fine. When he was in the hospital, he was being treated for C. diff, and when he was transferred over to Arcadia, he was still on antibiotics. He completed those antibiotics while he was still doing OT and PT, so they had to do it in his room because of the C. Diff. He couldn't be outside the room, and he had restrictions. We were okay with that, and we und…

CriticalMy husband stayed in Arcadia Care Morris. He was there from the 10th to the 30th. For the first 10 days, our insurance was covered. For the next 10, I had to write two appeals. They were going to charge me $400 a room for him to stay on the therapy side, and then it was like $300 to be in the nursing home side. The nursing home side was dirty. It smelled. I couldn't wait to get him out of there. It was awful. One side is rehab, which was fine, clean, and nice because the people were just there for therapy. The…

PositiveMy grandma spent her last days here. Everyone at Regency was attentive, kind and so helpful with my 95yo grandma. She was legally blind and didn’t hear the best, and all the staff spoke to her and would explain exactly what they were doing. They took amazing care of her until her last day. Thank you Regency staff for doing God’s work!

PositiveI'm a resident of Regency Care of Morris. It was recommended to me through Morris Hospital. They're very good and attentive to my needs. When I need something, they're right there, a Johnny-on-the-spot. When I don't need anything, they see something that they perceive that I may need, and they're a Johnny-on-the-spot. I'm having a bit of a problem with the administration. I'm trying to get an appointment with somebody, but I will get one. They're very overworked here, but all…

CriticalI'd give this place a 0 if I could, it's hard to explain, my aunt was good at hiding things, for the two and a half years she was at this nursing home, they did not wash her clothes, they tried telling me they were stains, I told them you cannot scrape stains off with a spoon! I was so upset by all the lies that were there it was just a nightmare... We now have her at a beautiful nursing home in Saint Charles she's active again smiling and laughing! she even went to the hospital at this nursing home …
