PositiveFar better care than I thought my mother would receive. Whole family very appreciative of how well they cared for her and the other pts. They were attentive and kind. Also very clean without usual LTC facility odor
★★★★★
PositiveI picked this place because it had a bed which can convert to medicaid and overall place and pts looked clean and cared for on our visit. No time to see multiple locations with hospital breathing down our backs either.. I think they give good care. Mother seems clean and attended to. They recognized problems she is having and have tried to address them.

CriticalNight time staff was TERRIBLE! They left my grandmother in a diaper and refused to let her use the toilet. She had to soil herself and sit in it for 2+ hours. The Director apologized and stated it wouldn't happen again. Well, that was a lie as it happened again the next night. I will never ever recommend this place to someone. Traumatizing and disturbing! Room was like an old not cleaned motel room. *Daytime staff seemed to be great and attentive maybe they should consider daycare and not overnights. So sad fo…

PositiveI would recommend this facility.....they love my mother, I've heard from people that don’t work there anymore about how much they enjoyed taking care of her. Mom says that the meals are awesome, that there is almost TOO MUCH to eat. Her room and every where else we visit her while there are spotlessly clean. Communication is always good as well.... We have had no trouble getting a hold of my mother and speaking to her on the phone or her calling us as well. Communication is always good as well. We have had no troub…

PositiveMy wife stayed in Alden Courts of Waterford for rehab after hospitalization. Her care was intensive because of her infection, and the nurses were good. But the staffing was short so the response time to call buttons was a little slow at times. I would spend between seven and nine hours every day changing her, feeding her, and bathing her because the staff was so short. Especially at mealtimes, you can't find anybody because they're all busy feeding them. They have the activity levels, they had physical th…

PositiveWe were given many places to check into and we found Alden Courts of Waterford to be the best one out there. It is very clean, they're very caring and have been taking care of my mom great. They feed her well, she has lots of great meals, and she's just very well taken care of. It's a memory care and she's been there a little over 2 weeks now. They have activities and they also do church on Sundays which we are really happy about.
