PositiveStaff and care is really great and cleanliness is above expectation food looks tasty but I know she won't participate in any kind of social activities

PositiveAshley Court may be a little older than some other memory care communities, but what really stands out is the quality of the care. The staff-to-resident ratio seems better than at many other places, and most of the staff genuinely appear to care about the residents. [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed], the activities coordinator, have been especially kind and attentive. Caring for people with dementia can be challenging, but the staff consistently make an effort to ensure residents feel heard, respe…

CriticalI would give it two stars. The toilet was not working on the last three times I went to visit my mom. I emailed [Name Removed] and also told the staff each time. I have yet to verify it's operationally stable. The facility seems clean. Not sure about food. But there's no quick access to snacks or beverage. Just water. Maybe that's just how it is in memory care. I'm not sure.

PositiveThe place is always very clean and well maintained. The staff, from administration to those working directly with residents, are consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. They offer daily activities to keep residents active and engaged, which helps create a sense of community. Three meals are provided each day, and I have been told the food is good. Overall, it feels like a well-run and caring environment.
★★★★★
PositiveComments I would like others to know is that the marketing director is amazing, so understanding, knowledgeable, and was so helpful during this process with my dad. The staff members have been so nice to my dad, myself and family members. They they all are extremely helpful at all times. I especially love the activities director. She is just amazing, she ranks such joy to the residence.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very involved in the patient care and patient Wellness. The activities bring joy to their faces. Most staff seem invested with heart. The apartments are lovely and feel like home. The facility design does not have long, overwhelming hallways. They have a courtyard for free and safe access to the outdoors. Folks of similar levels of need are in pods together. Everything is carefully thought about, for resident safety.
