My sister is so happy there. Everyone has been so wonderful to here. The staff and residents have been so kind and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and always checking in on her. She has done so many fun activities and she raves about the food. Says it is amazing and she is very picky. It is costly but the care, cleanliness of the facility and people are worth it.

Staff care- was great no complaints. Activities - were available but my dad chose to not participate. Food - was great getting out of the room 3 times a day worked well. CriticalLack of communication led to poor care
My main problems had to do with admin. [name removed] the sales director was great and was the one person I could rely on. I was frustrated with their lack of communication. They would let my parents go to the store on outings, and would then go into their room once they were at lunch and take most of the things they bought. They would then ask me to come down and pick it up. I had to tell them multiple times that I live out of state. They took the lightbulbs they bought away from them, but never bothered to ask wh…

PositiveMom was well taken care of
My mom was a resident in the memory care facility for just over a year. She enjoyed her 'home' as she called it and loved the food and her new friends. I knew that she was going to be taken care of. The aides and staff were wonderful to her and to us. Always caring and inquiring if we needed anything. In these last few months as her dementia progressed they were most caring and compassionate. Now that she has passed I can say that moving mom her for the last months of her life was the best thing we could have done,…

Now that she's settled in, a 5 on all of them. The first couple months were a little tough for her but she loves it there now. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. They also have a new activity director. And, just making friends
