Resident was dissatisfied, but he had put himself at odds with staff; I found care staff to be responsive, attentive, and professional. Late in the resident's stay, I had difficulty a few times getting a response from on-site social worker, but may have been due to me not being the resident. Resident and I both thought it very very good. Resident did not participate, but variety and frequency seemed excellent. Yes, I would definitely recommend the community to others.

If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming community where residents truly enjoy life, I highly recommend Atria West 86 Senior living community. It’s a wonderful environment with compassionate staff, engaging programs, great food, and an unbeatable location. Also, they’re organising the best events almost every month they have two or three big events. The food is delicious and the entertainment is out of the world.

Memory Care unit at the Coterie highly recommended

The staff is very kind and caring, very on top of my mother's needs and they keep me. informed of any supplies she may need, even send me photos of my mother on special holiday events. She loves the food there. Medicines are brought to her on time. Her apartment is kept spotless. The common room is large, feels very comfortable, with new, clean furniture and pleasant lighting. I really like the cozy feel of the facility. My only concern is the add on fees for care that may be needed.

I Found My New Home

What stood out was the warm and friendly feel to the place. I would recommend it, especially if you can get around, because the location is great. But there's a lot of interesting stuff going on at Atria too!
