CriticalWe didn’t care for the high rise feel of the facility. We felt like we were in an impersonal hotel. The outside accommodations were very limited. There was no grass area to walk around in, just the parking lot. All in all, we would not consider this facility.

My sister loves it. Food is okay . Sometimes it's cold, when serving hot entrees. Not making sure condiments are provided. Something else about the food. This is the only problem she's having - you get a menu with options and a lot of times, options are not available. So why would you give someone options when they don't have any? The staff is good. Ambiance is real nice- very clean. Her apartment is good size.

The place is very clean, most of the staff have been helpful, food is average and there are a lot of things for residents to do each day. Maintenance is also responsive and issues have been resolved quickly.

PositiveAtrium Village was a great assisted living and memory care facility. The building appeared to be newly renovated and all areas were neat, clean,and orderly. I was given a brochure with up to date information on the apartment and memory care pricing. Atrium Village is impressive and as I did the math in my head I knew that my 93 year old mother did not have the resources to afford [Amount removed] for a room and [Amount Removed] for assistance with a pill and a daily shower.

The level of attention at the beginning of the process was great. I do feel it has trailed off since my dad is now there. I would recommend to others. Better dining choices and options. And billing flexibility
