PositiveI visited the assisted living facility of Aventura at the Heights, and it was beautiful, but it just wasn't for me. It was also too far, and I really wanted to be in the inner city. It was a very nice place, and I enjoyed the tour that I had. The staff was very nice, and from what I could see, the facility was very clean.

PositiveAs a resident here for the last 4 months ,I have experienced nothing but kindness from the staff and residence here. I receive a written schedule every morning during breakfast with the daily activities that are planned for the day (which include but aren't limited to bingo arts and crafts and even movies that we all watch together). The meal menu is provided and prepared by an actual chef that keeps the meals flavorful and entertaining (there also substitutions made for dietary needs or if you just don't…

PositiveWe chose Tudor Heights because they were ale to offer some of the same services at a lower price. Their staff seem to be very involved with the residents and they take the time to get to know them and get to know their likes and needs. I would recommend them to others looking.

PositiveMy sister moved into Aventura at the Heights. It's an old house that has been refurbished, there's a lovely lobby/sitting area that leads into the dining room. She's fortunate because her room is right across from there on the first floor, so she doesn't have very far to go. I heard that there are two other floors, but I've never seen them. There is an elevator, but I don't know who's up on the second or third floor, but she's on the first floor. In the short time, she's…

PositiveI placed my mother here a few months ago. She is so happy!!! The staff is incredibly generous and friendly. They are reasonable with pricing, and have given my mother a new life. She suffers from dementia and it was overwhelming having her at home alone. But my fears are gone because of this incredible community. Thank you Tudor Heights.
