Host was very helpful. We got to see the facility and a typical apartment. We discussed costs and the waiting list. She also made some suggestions of similar places to visit.

I went to Bartlett Reserve. I hadn't made an appointment; I had just called ahead, and they were expecting me, but they didn't seem to have a problem showing me around or anywhere I wanted to go. I thought the place was nice; the people, not just the staff, but the residents, were nice. It was clean and had a friendly environment. If we have to move my parents out of the other place, we would take them to Bartlett Reserve. The people there care and have checked in, asking how everything is going, if I'm still looking for a place, or still working out with the place they are currently at. They've been very pleasant. They said they will keep in touch. They had three meals a day. Their units are a little smaller, but they have a kitchenette. They have a full bathroom in the unit. Very nice meeting with [name removed]. We were very impressed with the list of activities, amenities, and facilities. We had been anxious to consider places with full kitchens, rather than the kitchenettes in our other tours. The 2BR unit was just what we had hoped for in terms of space, layout, and storage.
