When we submitted my sister it was great. In the last few months there has been incidents that were not reported to us. There has been bruising and rude mean staff. There has been a lot of turn around. The building is clean. My sister room is always cleaned. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

The nurse was not staying on top of mom's meds. There is a lack of communication from shift to shift. Mom was put on Hospice comfort care and the night shift claims they were unaware, sent her to the hospital, the wrong hospital at that. When she started needing a bit more care the aids complained. On the memory care side all they did was put them in the community room so they could be on their phone. They have issues with keeping employees and use traveling aids and they don't seem to care or check the residents c…

What I like about Bradford Place is the openness of it and the different rooms they had available for the clients. The staff was very nice, answered any of my questions, very informative, and showed me around all the different activities and functions that the facility offered. It was very clean. The areas were very open. There's plenty of room to navigate a wheelchair or a walker, things of that nature. The layout was nice. The rooms were nice, very spacious, and very clean. 5 for everything, they are well trained and kind to my father. I'm glad we found them. Don't be turned off because the facility is not perfectly decorated, the staff more than make up for it not being perfectly decorated.

PositiveResident at the facility.
I did not respond right away. Needed time to get things figured out. This is now a good fit for my sister in law. I am so glad that they prepare comfort food rather than fancy food for their residents. The building is secured so the residents are not able to wander off. I feel she is in a safe environment and I don’t have to worry about her. We were not able to provide her with the same care in our home.
