Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee was very nice. The tour I had was also very nice. The facility is clean and up to date. It is about an hour away from me, so that might be a deterrent, but I thought the facility met the needs of many of the residents there. I saw activities going on, and it seemed like everybody was engaged, and the staff was engaged. The rooms were on the small side. The price varies depending on which room you pick.

There have been a few hiccups along the way but overall a decent and more importantly a safe place for my dad to reside. I would recommend to others.

Well Worth It

I thought Bridges was excellent. They are expensive, but if you can afford it, it is well worth the money. I felt the staff was very friendly and took a personal interest in each of the clients. I did have one dinner there one day, and it was delicious.

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is a memory care facility. It was beautiful, but also very, very expensive. Everybody was great. They're all trained to handle memory care residents. The rooms were nice, but my aunt needed someone to be with her and they only had singles. They were nice, but it wasn't going to meet her needs. The facility was brand new, so everything was clean and pretty. They all had little villages that they lived in and a lot of activities going on. They had a beautiful outdoor area, a bunc…

Our family was able to have an in person tour and the tour experience was fine but the facility itself did not seem as use friendly as another community we were looking at.

Staff Overwhelmed by COVID Situation

Do not put your parents here. During COVID they felt it was appropriate to lock the residents in their rooms. My loved one wasn't able to get out if, there was something that happened. My loved fell and the staff didn't know it until later. Later that day they were sent to the hospital
