Not the best but not the worst. Yeah they have bed bugs but that's because they do not keep the residents rooms clean like they should. And the residents hygiene is horrible and staff does not address it like they should and corporate does not help out staff to help reinforce that. Have bedbugs

They have bedbugs and kept it from us. Took my daughters remote for her TV out of her room while she wasn’t there and when she went in the day room and found it the denied going into her room. The lady in charge made a big deal of it and demanded that I come down there right away to straighten out the situation. When I got there They had a major attitude with me and asked me why I had issues with the facility. I said because of the bedbugs they never mentioned to tell us Until I told her that she had bumps all over…

I wouldn't take a dog here. The management was horrible. They kept saying they would be cleaning things that wouldn't have come cleaned.

The experience

Bristol Manor of Pacific, Mo. is small in size but big in heart. It's residents all become a little family under one roof; they are a close knit group who start off not knowing anyone to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner together again and again, like I said a family.
