Some of these are rather challenging to reduce to just a number. Overall, I think it's a good facility. The initial intake process had some changes and perhaps even a bit of miscommunication, but it seems to be going more smoothly now.

I've been to Brookdale North Augusta. It was very nice, but they just couldn't accommodate Daddy's transportation that was needed. It was nothing against any of the other facilities. It's wonderful, the staff was great, and the building is very clean. The sales manager took me on the tour, but I met the other managers as well. Very friendly, very informative. Great place to live

My grandfather lived there and the place is great and the staff are so wonderful and the activities are wonderful and engaging and it is nice that they have therapy in house and the staff are not constantly changing

Friendly staff

We are really happy, particularly with the staff. Food and dining are great. My parents are enjoying it, particularly breakfast . They have a two bedroom, so the apartment is quite spacious which is good because my mom is in a power wheelchair.

A wonderful place for my parents

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Brookdale North Augusta, particularly the employees. The facility is newly updated and feels like home. The staff are the most kind and helpful people I have encountered in this space. I know my parents are being well cared for and having their needs met by wonderful people.

Staffing at the community is top notch! At the community there are multiple team members that have been employed 5 years or longer. One of the staff members has been there for 26 years! That says a lot about Brookdale North Augusta. Recent renovations to the community with new paint, siding and new furniture! Beautiful!
