Mom’s new place

Mom moved about three weeks ago. She seems to be adjusting to her new environment. We are working through some issues to try to get her more involved (the reason we moved her). The staff has been very supportive.

They were unprepared and couldn’t answer basic questions, even after confirming the appointment with me three times. There was no staff in the memory care unit.

We liked the facility and [name removed]. There were impressed with all the special touches they offered to keep Mom engaged throughout the day. It felt more like a smaller community where people interacted well.

Attentive staff

We cannot rate the activities because my mom doesn't participate too much. I feel like they have been very attentive to mom. The food is good and I've had good repoire with the staff. I have visited every assisted living facility in this town and this one is the nicest one!

The tour was outstanding, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean and organized.

While my mother ended up needing more care than an assisted living situation can provide, I would have loved to have her in this memory care facility! It was clean, homey, and the caregivers seemed kind and engaged. It is obvious they are geared toward helping those experiencing dementia have both safety and a sweet quality of life.
