The things we like the most about the community are the friendliness and caring attitude of the staff. The discount we received for mom's semi-private room. There are always activities for the residents and nice activities for the families too!

My husband is neglected. He's been there a unce November 1st and they have sent him to the hospital 6 times. They miss baths, doing his laundry and clean his room. Put him in a wheelchair all day in the TV room. Don help with trying to helpmhim walk. Don't offer physical therapy or any other medical outside source for residents. His medications are not being given properly. They have been changed 3x. Director not at facility. Have to text and email concerns. Service plan never given. Been asking for 6 wee…
