On the minute, you walked in and are greeted by [name removed] you know you’re going to have a good experience. Everyone is very helpful and answer any questions you may have about the facility. If you think there are things that may benefit the residence that is not currently available. The staff is more than willing to listen to any suggestions you may have. My sisters and I try to o get over at least once a week to visit our friend who is the resident. He’s always in a good mood and has nothing but good things t…

CriticalRoom for improvement- but overall I would recommend.
Overall we are good- seems short staffed and the menu in memory care is not very appealing. Housekeeping could be improved as several times trash is overflowing and they don't take the laundry. I do wish they would encourage more activities with my mother .
