PositiveI had a wonderful tour of Reagan Park conducted by [name removed]. It’s a very warm and welcoming facility. It says a lot when the residents react so warmly to Shai. You can tell there’s a lot of compassion from the staff to the residence.

The staff are very pleasant and easy to work with. The food is pretty good to be honest. And they have several activities daily that Mom is involved in. Every facility has its problems and if I have a problem, I go straight to the top and it's taken care of.
