Corporate can’t stay ahead of the issues here. Seventh Executive Director since they opened. Unbelievable staff turnover and shortages. They have not hired qualified chefs, or activity directors and are short staffed all the time, Complaining does not help. Regional and corporate staff have turned over too, or do not respond. My loved one likes the newish space, but feels like the investors in Harmony could care less about the residents or staff.

Beautiful facility

The facility itself is clean and beautiful! So are the rooms and most of the staff I have encountered

Run from this place

My Mom was a resident there for four years. I pulled her out in April. She kept getting multiple skin tears and bruises. Food was terrible. They great staff left almost at the same time. I lost track of how many executive directors they had. I wouldn't even put my pet there now.

I'm in Harmony at Avon. It's fine being a resident here. The concierge here is excellent; he's the best. The girl in the office who does his books is great. My apartment is lovely. I love it. I have one bedroom, one bath, and a full kitchen. My air works, my heat works. I get it cleaned once a week. It's terrific. They have two bedrooms also. Even though I had arrived without an appointment the staff there was very happy to show me around and provide details on what I was looking for.

There's harmony at Harmony

Very responsive to all questions. Everyone is very friendly. Always remembers names. Apartment is sunlit, clean, spacious. Facility has good activities.
