While the facility does the basic stuff well, feeding, laundry, cleaning, etc., I would like to see them do more to help the residents access medical coverages and services beyond the facility walls. My relative who lives here has limited cognitive ability and isn’t always aware of what services the government might provide. And since I am not local, I am also not aware of what local services might be available. It would be nice if the facility would make my relative and her support team aware of what resources mig…

PositivePleased overall
My friend is pleased with the interactions she has with the staff. She enjoys the variety of activities and has even started a few gatherings of her own ( a Bible study and a book club). Her room is the perfect size, of which she was doubtful of in the beginning but will now say it's all she needs. She still says she feels like the meal selection could improve especially now since ownership has changed and they were told there would be the opportunity for more variety.

They have been good to deal with when you can get ahold of them. My biggest complaint is their lack of availability. The administrative staff seem to arrive late, leave early, or are not there more often than not.
