So disappointed about this place.the patients rooms are filthy and neglected and so as the parientes who live in this place. I visited few times this elderly lady who is starting to lose her memory and it’s so sad to see how neglected she is when the family is not there.The aides come to the room and place the food in tap of her dresser, not even bothering to open the container and offered to her The bathroom floor and toilet is dirty with feces and nobody comes to check on her to find out if she’s dead or alive. Some Good Some Bad

The place looks beautiful and the staff is very nice. The rooms are great but you have to furnish the rooms yourself. I guess that's to make your loved one feel at home with their own taste and items. The activities are good but good be better. The food is terrible and the service staff is not that great. I have overheard many residents complaining about the horrible food and I have witnessed it while visiting there. Meals are almost inedible. How can they possibly rave about a chef that should not be called a chef…

Canterfield of Bluffton review

The community is very clean, the staff members are very friendly and overall we are pleased with the community. We have not been there for normal meal time, but we did get a chance to go there for the Thanksgiving meal and it was fantastic, they did a beautiful job and it was like eating at a fancy restaurant.

Canterfield of Bluffton offers so much as a community. It has a very friendly and attentive staff. I would feel safe having a family member live here.
