Overall experience at Cedar Creek was very good. ALL of the staff were very caring and thoughtful in their interactions with our mom. Cedar Creek offers usually 5 activities every day, and we underestimated how important that would be for her daily living. They offer an app that communicates the activities offered, which ones she attended, general announcements, and messages between us and the staff. Two things really stand out FIRST is hearing about and seeing that ALL of the staff is very caring and makes efforts to know, get involved with and take care of our mom. This is from the custodian, the maintenance man, the kitchen staff, activity director, nursing staff, and the executive director [name removed]. The prices have fluctuated several times during her stay, meals are hit and miss, staffing is not that friendly. Cleanliness is on point and décor, as well as activities.
