Cedar pointe health and wellness has some of the best nurses. One particular nurse is [name removed]. She has welcomed my mother and has acted like family in a way that has been amazing. She has gone out of her way to show her the best care. This has been a great place for my mother and is very clean with a very nice atmosphere. I am so happy to know my mom is in great care. Thanks Cedar pointe!

The overall experience has been interesting. Getting to know the staff is taking time. All of them are great, and they seem to take a lot of care and are showing concern for my husband. The facility is very nice. I think anyone would find it to be a nice place and it's very updated. My husband had an outside medical appointment, The pick up service was great. They take real care of the people all of the time. I was real impressed with that.

CriticalPoor nursing staff and administration
Newer building with nice common areas. Very poor nursing staff though and also very understaffed. No one knows what each other is doing at this location except for the PT and OT staff. Good luck if your loved one needs feed and good luck on the staff noticing any type of UTI or any other issue with their patient. Administration is very lack at returning calls.
