We have two relatives living here. From touring to move in they have been helpful, considerate and flexible. Both relatives have been there for 6months and 2 months respectively. The care has been excellent and considerate. Any issues have been handled quickly and appropriately. The food is good and selections are plentiful. Clean and very sufficient space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Residents appear happy and engaged. Sister in law has been quite happy and is very hard to please especially when it comes to food. The food is very good and plenty of choices

The assisted living facility of Charter Senior Living of Shiloh is beautiful. We moved my sister there, and I thought it was perfect for her. She is just not mentally capable of existing there without the constant supervision. The facility is the best I've seen in the area. There's nothing wrong with them at all.
