The staff is incredible and responsive. It was a big decision for my dad to move out of his house. Everyone--from applying to getting him moved--made the process easy. Everyone has been very welcoming towards my dad. It's still an adjustment for him, but each day is getting easier.

One thing missing is assisted living in case I need it down the road. I am going to have to pay more to get whatI need....or at least close. I'll keep looking.

CriticalThe building is an old edifice in an old neighborhood. But the owners are in the midst of a complete renovation of the interior, with apartments being addressed as occupants move out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Age and institutional architecture detract from desirability.
