PositiveI chose it - location 10 mins from me and in Keller, they wanted independent living but we needed more all inclusive pricing ( meals) , beautiful community- and upkeep, so far still pleased with it. I would recommend it

PositiveStaff is very friendly and helpful. I have a two bedroom, so rooms are very large. I can exercise, go to mail box, get hair cut or washed, enjoy a glass of wine and music every day.

PositiveI am very pleased with The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. I feel like that is just where I need to be. I just signed the lease last weekend. I visited two before I got to The Conservatory, and they were absolutely lovely, but just not what I was interested in. They did not have a two-bedroom available, and The Conservatory had one that had become available. I have a lot of family out there and great-grandchildren that I am looking forward to having some time with. I would give them at least six stars. They exc…

PositiveI went to look at The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and sweet. It was a good tour. I thought the rooms were very nice, but they were a little bit small for what I was looking for. They gave me a little gift of muffins when I left, and they were good. They showed me all of the activity sheets, like some of the tours and things that they will be doing. I also saw the workout room, where they have movies, and the walking trails. I was happy with what I saw.

CriticalI was at The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. The community spaces were few and far between. The only thing they were doing with the activities was a lot of entertainment (no crafts), and games that were kind of cliquey. There's no staff involvement with activities. The staff was more interested in entertaining each other than entertaining the residents. They also have no room to expand their community spaces. They even took the craft room away and made it into an exercise room. So, there's no place bu…

PositiveMy mom is going to The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. It's a beautiful place, and the average age there is probably mid-80s. There's a lot for them to do if they choose to. Everybody seems very friendly, warm, and helpful. Most of the residents have to be vaccinated. If you're a visitor, you'd have to put a mask on and get your temperature taken.
