Overall, most things are good. However, most of the employees are rude and mean, which has affected the experience. The apartment size is okay.

Well maintained, desirable property. Staff is organized and friendly. Prices are typical for this area.

Welcoming facility and staff

I have seen the schedule of events which are great. Mom really likes the food. Everything looks very clean and well decorated. Mom is struggling because her hearing is so bad, even with her hearing aids, and the high ceilings and open spaces are just beautiful but the voices just dissipate so she is not being able to participate in conversations. That's what is really getting her down. But everyone is so kind and tries so hard to include her. I don't of anything else that could be done that isn't already being done…

I moved into Brookdale Eden Estates. It's very homey and comfortable. It's definitely well kept, and they clean our rooms every week. I think they do a nice, thorough job. They have services like laundry and things like that. They have a lobby, a mailroom, and many activities. We also have Bible study, Bible reading, and we have church services on Sunday. My family's experience

Everyone here is so friendly...residents and staff. The dining room here is awesome and wait staff are great. I love that we get weekly menus prior to going to the dining room. Food has been delicious and I love how we have different types of salads each day. Soups in the evenings are delicious. I have an Efficiency Apartment and love it. It is just the right size for me.
