PositiveYes, I would recommend this community.
I would rate each of these as 5 with the exception of quality of care. Unfortunately, Mom passed away before she could be admitted. In speaking with other families they should also be aware that there is $[removed]fee due at application that is non-refundable, even if their loved one passes away before moving in. The facility was clean and super nice. The sales representative and nursing director both met with us to ensure all our questions were answered.

My mom moved into Heartis memory care first week of [date removed]. So far we are very happy with the quality of care. The staff, nurses, and med techs are very sweet to her and attentive. My mom is doing much better with the structured routine and is settling in very well. She enjoys the activities and likes the food. Nurse Practitioner comes to the facility weekly and will see her if she needs to be seen for anything. This has relieved a lot of stress from myself and sister who mainly looked after her care. I really enjoyed the visit to Heartis Mid Cities. The lady we met there was extremely helpful and very good. The place was clean, with nice-sized rooms, and it had everything my mother would need. I mostly liked the people I saw, especially the lady who showed us around and answered our questions, and it appeared they had programs for people to enjoy.
