It's a beautiful facility, overall well kept up. Now and then some hiccups (eg elevator breakdown or problem with a/c). Food is generally very good, with some delays in service in the dining room. Servers are very friendly and get to know residents and their patterns (eg water with no ice). Loads of activities and outings. We toured Crestavilla three different times. We like all of the different activities. My cousin wanted a two-bedroom apartment, and they had two-bedroom apartments available. That was very important. We like the restaurant. There was nothing about it really that we did not like. We liked everything about it. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive.
