The staff are generally very helpful & kind. The activities are excellent & inclusive. I have found administration to be very responsive. The building is clean & my mom says she enjoys the food. Her room is ideally laid out & we enjoy the courtyards. This was an excellent choice for our family.

0 would be a better response. Food was repeatedly left unopened or otherwise inaccessible, resulting in my wife being unable to eat without assistance. Staff did not consistently provide the assistance necessary to ensure she received adequate nutrition and hydration. My wife appeared to experience dehydration and a noticeable decline in her physical condition during her stay.
