PositiveEveryone there was sooo nice and really took good care of my mom, they loved her. I felt good to leave my mom there. I knew she was in good hands.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are great with the emotional, social care of the patients. My mother loves the food and everyone there. We have had issues with maintaining her care. Communication between the staff isn't always great but everyone seems to try. They can't use gait belts so we are working on training staff to safely assist her because of her meds she bruises easily and severely. It has been trying at times.

PositiveDominion Village of Williamsburg transitioned into a memory care facility as my mom became a resident in 2024. She receives a high level of care, participates in weekly activities, and enjoys the off-site outings. Residents have an individual care plan that addresses their routine needs, and they receive 3 meals a day. The staff coordinates additional care as necessary, including transportation to a local dentist, and bringing in specialists to perform services such as PT/OT and podiatry. Very pleased with Domini…

PositiveWonderful place for a senior with dementia to live. Management truly cares. It's a privately owned memory care facility. The prices are very affordable, but what's best is the staff . They are caring and compassionate going out of their way to assist your love one. The empathy and true love for seniors is what I love about this facility most. My mother was placed there after another facility failed to give her the respect and basic care she needed. The rooms are cozy and feel like home. The food is very good, with a…

PositiveI am so grateful for this facility. After 3 1/2 years in a expensive substandard facility mom was moved to Dominion Village. My 98 year old mother is thriving there. The care is top notch. CNAs and med techs are trained well. There is not that much of a turnover in employees. They show a high level of compassion and care for the residents. The management is kind and, knows their job and listens to my concerns. Her room is cozy and comfortable unlike the cold hotel style room she was at her previous facility. Best o…

PositiveThis is a gem of a facility. A diamond in the rough. Management is amazing they truly care for the well being of the residents. The food is so good. Like moms home cooking. Management Tabitha, and Andrea are so loving and kind. They handpick the best workers. It was a God send that mom was moved here from her previous facility. Which had substandard care and was 3,000 more a month. My husband just passed and the last thing I needed to worry about was my elderly moms care. I am so grateful for the wonderful care . S…
