My parents moved in at the beginning of August and they wanted to leave there after just one month. The care is awful, the food is subpar and the residents are ignored. It takes a family member to get involved to see anything done. Promises made were definitely NOT promises kept!! Would not recommend to anyone!!

The food was not good at all. The lack of a formal dining room for meals was not a good fit for my dad. The staffing was inadequate. We had a hard time getting staff to help my dad. The facility was very nice but it was more like a very expensive apartment than assisted living.

Very disturbing facility. I would not recommend sending any elderly senior with memory issues to that facility. Although it presents well with beautiful decorations and newness, the care is awful. My relative was rarely bathed, medications were not given properly, they declined quickly while in this facility. I found the staff to be lazy and sit scrolling on their phone and eating in the kitchen area while not attending to the residents. It was a loud and depressing atmosphere.
