★★★★★
PositiveThe weekend staffing is an issue and there can be a longer than normal wait for call feels to be answered or meals to be delivered. Mom is on a special diet and the head of the kitchen is great helping to find foods she can eat. The kitchen seems to have trouble getting the right meal on her tray. Several times a week something is incorrect with o eh of the meals. Mom does not participate in anything, prefers to stay in her room My sister handles Mom's finances, so I can't answer this one.
★★★★★
PositiveCannot express how grateful and thankful we as a family are for the care that has been and continues to be provided by the staff at Elderwood at Liverpool for my Father-In-Law. Even during COVID they were amazing. He has Alzeheimers and is in the last stages, but they continue to treat him and the other residents with such respect and care. The staff is above and beyond and steps in when the family can't be there. We are truly grateful~Thank you. It means more than words can tell~
★★★★★
PositiveMy Dad resides at Elderwood. Although he needs help eating the food, it tastes fine. His level of personal care is very good and they actually have activities specific for just the gentlemen, like bocce and horseshoes. He appreciates that.
★★★★★
PositiveMom broke her hip and needed rehab so she was at Elderwood. She really needed assistance going to the toilet as she's in a wheelchair. I think the staff was terrific there. She's receiving good care from them. As far as the nursing home goes, they are okay. She was sharing a room with another person. The food was terrible at Elderwood, just the worst.

CriticalThe facility looks from the lobby clean. Once I visited a friend I found it to be filthy. Garbage was overflowing. My friend said it took over an hour for someone to come when she rang her bell for assistance. They were very unstaffed.
