Safe and friendly community

Helped to place my mother at Forsyth Court in September of 2025. She is safe and happy in this community. Lots of change of staff and leadership in the past year but not at the expense of residents who are treated well. My mother enjoys playing cards, but does not partake in many of the other numerous activities offered. Her rent was increased after one year in the community but we were able to negotiate a compromise with the parent company to keep in her price range. My mother also does not use the dining room for…

Very Pleased

My mom has been a resident of Forsyth Court for a little over a month now and is very happy. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Mom has a nice apartment which she loves. She has made several friends who she joins for meals and activities.

A good experience with minor exceptions

My mother seems fairly happy there. She's made some good friends. She says the food portions get smaller and smaller and has some minor complaints but overall she seems happy.

Everyone was friendly, and the cost was very reasonable, but the environment overall was not what we were looking for. The property was on a very busy road, and there was very little green space buffer that was part of the property to insulate it from this road or surrounding businesses. The saving grace in terms of green space was the large interior courtyard. That was probably the best thing of all about this facility. I visited this facility

I visited Holiday Forsyth Court. I like the atmosphere of the community. It's very nice. The only thing I didn't like about it was the crematory next door. The people were very nice. We had some lunch and it was delicious. They had a choice, actually. One was a huge sandwich about the size of a pancake and it had some kind of chicken salad or something in it. Good

The place has been mostly good. We've had some issues with mom understanding payments. And I hope you can help me with finding a memory care place. She has really gotten confused. And particularly her short term memory. It's getting worse everyday.
