PositiveI toured Fox Hill Village. It was quite lovely but very expensive. Their financial setup was very different from others. It's a co-op, so you buy the unit like you're buying the house. I only met one person, and she was lovely. I think they had a meal credit every month. They have all different sizes of apartments, so there's quite a variety of sizes and prices.

PositiveI went to Fox Hill Village. I have friends there who are members of my church. It's quite large, maybe 400 residents. It is very elegant and has fine dining, lots of activities from gardening to singing, art, and woodworking. You name it, they got it. They're adding assisted living there. It's very expensive.

CriticalFox Hill was very expensive; you need to pay $17,000 for a parking garage and $15 a month for maintenance of the garage. That's ridiculous. The grounds were very nice. It didn't look like they had a lot of activities, and the staff looked very serious. I wouldn't feel comfortable there at all.
