PositiveEveryone we met at this facility seemed to love living at Foxwood. It has amenities that other facilities do not have: the pool and libraray are a PLUS. Would have to further review and refresh my mind about costs/etc. Seems llike everything is extra beside the rent Staff were friendly and we enjoyed seeing the residents in the hallways!

CriticalMy mother has lived in one of the maintenance free homes for almost 5 years now. They do not do a good job with the lawn care. They butcher the landscaping and don't pick up sticks. They are supposed to maintain the grass and her front yard is mostly dirt. They say it's because of the shade, but the neighbors don't have this problem. She also has had standing water between her home and the neighboring one. We've made several requests that go unanswered or they put us off. They refuse to fix it. The emergency securi…

CriticalIf you care about a family member that is here be present with them often. This place will not shower your loved one as scheduled. When asked why they have no idea. Several times they have had 1 aid to assist with 26 beds. When a resident needs help they push a call button that is ignored for 30+ minutes. If it was an emergency your loved one would be deceased by the time they show up. They don’t conduct reviews of the care provided by the staff because they do not care! There is no accountability. The case worker …

PositiveI visited Foxwood Springs, and my friend is a resident there. What I saw was good. It was nice, quiet, peaceful, and clean. It seems like it was neighborhood friendly. You could go and walk or walk your dog freely with no hassle. They offer you your lunch and dinner. The facility is nice. People were pleasant to talk to, and you got a good vibe.
★★★★★
PositiveFoxwood Springs didn't offer Life Care, but the community was nice. The staff was very good, but not quite as knowledgable as some of the others. They're very accommodating. They invited me for lunch, but I had already eaten. Not so much the physical facility, but the organization, activities, and things like that weren't quite as good as the other two places I visited.

PositiveMy mom is a resident of Foxwood Springs. I like all the people and the place is great, but the food is not so great anymore. The staff is great. They do have a library. They have a pool. They do have a garden location. Our mom's place is an independent house, so she has a garden in front and the back. The activity could just be games where they play card games or puzzles. I wish they had art lessons, and that would be great. They paid a lot more to get in and I could never do it.
