We toured Freedom Village Retirement Community. The impression that I got first and foremost is that their employees have been there forever. They are so enthusiastic and happy in the environment. This site is beautiful, really lovely. Everybody was very gracious and wonderful. The apartments were good. I was very impressed. The dining area was fantastic, and the food was excellent. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Freedom Village. The place is incredible. The people are lovely. The grounds are beautiful and very well-kept. I looked at two-bedroom-two-bath units, and both of them were on the ground floor. They had mini kitchenettes. There was a refrigerator. You could add or delete anything you wanted from the unit. You could put in your own closet, and you could put a stackable washer and dryer if you wanted to. They offered activities. It's in a very nice locatio…

I toured Freedom Village. It was very friendly, very organized, and very patient-client-centered. All the people living there seemed very happy and liked it. They've had the same ownership since the beginning. It was a very top-notch place. It was clean. It was updated. It was very pleasant. The food was very good.

Freedom Village Retirement Community was a very nice facility. The people were pretty helpful and nice. Their food was good. That's where everybody brought their little packages because the meals were sufficient. You could take some of it home. We just didn't care for the parking. The rooms were nice, but they were a little bit small. They were a little older community so they weren't quite up-to-date.

My mother was a resident of Freedom Village/ Lake Forest Ca. She passed away while residing in the assisted living facility of Freedom Village. Shortly after a fall she passed away. Before, during and after her passing I had noticed many issues.My Mother was denied medical services ( she was bedridden for days, unable to eat, sleep or use the restroom). The director of nursing at Freedom Village claimed she removed my Mothers wedding ring, however this ring was never found. Freedom Village failed to notify me after…

I visited this facility

I had a luncheon information meeting with Freedom Village. It was very informative and I intend to return to learn more about the place. I had a partial walkthrough in that they showed the vacant models, but did not get through the entire village as it was a group tour. We saw two model apartments that were one-bedroom and two-bedroom. They offer activities and amenities and they're too many to mention. I visited the dining area and it was absolutely beautiful. I had a meal and it was very good.
