CriticalMy parent felt cared for here however the family only gets to see their loved one once a month and for only 1 hour. They also discourage outside therapists coming in and residents do not do anything all day but stay in their rooms. This place befriends your loved one so he or she gets close to them while actual family members are pushed out. Be forewarned.
