Our Family's Experience

The staff is very caring and they get to know each resident.. they take great care of my Dad.. They always have the activities listed on the front board for whoever wants to participate.. my Dad has only taken the Rickshaw rides.. ?? He says he's not a joiner ?? He doesn't see real well so it'd be hard for Bingo.. The meals are tasty and a good variety- they have their own cook on site.. My Dad chooses to eat the breakfast and lunch and then supper in his room.. And because it's a full kitchen he can have wha…

The rooms are nice and food is good. We had my Mom there for a few months, then she got sick and ended up in the hospital. While in the hospital they kicked her out on the street! Mom got better and back to completely taking care of herself and she had no home to go back to. Thankfully we found her a place to go. I would never recommend this home to anyone!

Gabriel’s Villa was very nice, and that was my mother’s first choice. The staff seemed very nice and professional. We had lunch there, and the food was good. The residents were friendly too. The drawback was they don’t have a lot of transportation to other places, and they only went to Walmart once a month. The rooms were laid out nicely.

Gabriel's Villa is close to my home that's why we chose it for my mom. It was the right size as far as the number of residents. They had about 49 residents. It has an excellent reputation in the community. My mother has memory issues and I felt the way the place was structured was good for her, both in terms of being in one level and in terms of the number of activities that they schedule.
