we would recommend this place.

My husband & I would give Gibson Garden a 5 on all categories above. Our apt has a deck with very fine mesh screen that let's in no bugs, sunny at times & beautiful hanging baskets with room for 3+ deck chairs. Livingroom has an electric fireplace and overhead fans in the diningrm & each bedroom. Theater is fully carpeted except for bathrms & kitchen. We have two bathrms-one with tub & shower. The other with a walk-in shower. We do our own cleaning & meals. However, they offer a free brkfst. Otherwise for $[fee rem…

Nice community and a great price.

We haven't used the meals so I can't really speak on that one. Smells good. With the cleanliness is due to the other residents, not the staff. Some don't take their dogs out like they should. Some bring bugs like roaches and bedbugs. The facility took care of the bugs very quickly.

Would recommend

My feedback is that it is wonderful! So happy to have move there. We have a great community here. I haven't been here long, but have already made friends! Can't do that at a regular apartment complex. Plus we have a lot in common since we are 55 and older. So fun! Staff is great, planning outings and get togethers. Love it here.

Mom is happy

The value for the money is great. The apartment sizes are super spacious, she has a 1 bedroom and we were surprised by the size. My mom really likes it here. The residents are all very friendly. I would recommend Gibson Gardens to others.

I haven't tried the meals and dining service yet or participate in the activities yet, but my first impression of Gibson Gardens was that it is a safe place which I like, and they have elevators. The apartments here are also spacious.
