This company is definitely on the lower end of the totem pole. There's nothing nice about this place. Maybe a few of the employees, and some of the best ones are gone now. I moved my father in law out of there, but other residents there were filthy and not cared for properly. The facility always smelled like urine and bowel movement. I visited this facility

Green Valley Commons was awful and very depressing. The setup for the rooms was not what we would have wanted for our mom. They have shared double rooms, which is typical. Each bathroom is shared by four people, so you have to come out of your room, go into the hallway, and into the bathroom assigned to you. I felt that was very uncomfortable, and very invasive in terms of privacy. For example, it's not private if an elderly person needed to be changed because they had soiled themselves, and after a shower the…

This place could not be any better. The only big issue about the place is if she gets sick or fall or gets hurt, we have to go there and take her to the hospital, unless it is like a dire emergency. Other nursing homes have a shuttle, which the insurance pays for, but if we are at work, how are we going to go and get her? Other than that the place is wonderful.

Wonderful Facility

My mom was one of the first residents. Sadly she was only in Green Valley for less than a week. But, the care she was given during this time was nothing short of amazing. Everyone had a positive attitude the entire time, offer of encouragement, and calming demeanors. The staff gave mom her dignity back during her last days by keeping her comfortable, gave her a sponge bath each day, and took her out of the horrid hospital gown and into her own pjs.
