PositiveFacility in good condition, clean, orderly and free of clutter. Ms. Hawkins is very personable and she and the patient hit it off immediately. Mutual admiration was a plus. She is warm, loving, and caring, exactly what Mom needs in her new home. She has never complained to us about anything including the meals. It's been quite the opposite. We visit her often.

PositiveThis home was very nice. It was large and spotlessly clean. There were 6 steps up to go into the home. Although there were stairs to negotiate in order to get to the bedrooms, there was a chair lift . It was good to see that there was a gate at the top of the stairs which was put in place at night to prevent any client from falling down the stairs. Also each room had an alarm on the door which was activated at night to let Ms. Joan(or the night person) know if they got up at night. Each room had a very nice flat sc…
