Because I was falling a lot- I thought I should move to a facility that could help elderly people. I somehow misunderstood that the nurses "on site" were residents and not service providers. I am 83 years old, but am very healthy, active and very independent. I walk my dogs over a mile every day. Great place and very friendly

My experience was very good as a matter of fact I've been living here for a few months. I would recommend Hessler Heights to others it's a very nice place to live.

The biggest concern has been the food quality. The vegetables are often too mushy and the meals tend to be overly salty. We spoke with the chef, who mentioned that corporate switched to a lower-cost food distributor, which unfortunately shows in the quality. As a result, the meals are not as good as we had hoped. Hessler heights was horrible past infestation, dirty, broken washing machine and dryers part time managers.

The facility looked well maintained and felt very energetic. The staff is very friendly and the residents I encountered were very friendly and honest about the facility, providing positive feedback. Aside from some light-hearted fun about the quality of the food, overall our visit was very positive. It’s my understanding that the food quality has improved and the residents were in good spirits about the improvements. Review for Hessler Heights

Go on a first-name basis with everyone. These people are only looking to help you so help yourself. The more I did right by them, the friendly they were to me. It's true one hand does wash the other. To this day, I firmly believe in being polite to of the staff. That's the key to getting along at Hessler.
