I’ve really enjoyed living at Hidden Lakes. There are activities seven days a week, with different things offered periodically throughout the day, so there’s something to appeal to almost everyone. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Hidden Lakes is an older building, but it is well cared for, and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Housekeeping is provided once a week and includes cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. The community is also pet friendly, which is a big plus. …

I am happy here! It's property is beautiful and within walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and the other residents have been very welcoming. A couple of things that could improve are the temperature of the food that is served, (typically too cool), and often certain activities are scheduled each week that are not attended. I wonder why different options aren't offered instead?

Over the past few weeks there has been a lot of staff turnover especially in the kitchen. I recently returned from a 12 day vacation to discover my apartment had not been cleaned for 3 weeks. It's supposed to be cleaned every week. I knew it wasn't cleaned because the garbage had not been emptied from when I left and the apartment smelled bad from rotting food in the trash cans. Also the food quality and availability have diminished. Portions have gotten much smaller and and not as appetizing. Servers are often out…

PositiveHidden Lakes , not so hidden treasure!
My experiences are positive on all those things! They positively pamper us and spoil us in the dining room, the food is pretty good for the most part, the rooms are pretty standard size. From what I can tell comparable to the other studios , I have seen another places - I'm in a studio apartment, the staff has been super from the administration right down to the dining room. Staff cooks and housekeepers. They have activities 7 days a week. And there's so much variety! Lots of fun and excellence staff for activities…
