My wife died after being there for one week. She fell out of bed w no guardrails and hit her head. They charged me $[removed]. I never even got a phone call to apologize. I would not recommend the place to a dog. We were there less than a full week before hospice was called in. The whole experience was a horror show. I had to take her for a cat scan my self. I didn't even get help getting her to the car

We toured Hyland Hills. The price was a good deal. The employees were nice, and I didn't see a single frowny resident there. Their memory care was one of the best ones we saw in the places that we toured. The folks were doing crafts in their little dining and TV areas, too, and nobody was in their room. Everybody was out and participating, which was nice to see. It's a new facility. It's top-of-the-line, and it's gorgeous. The staff was very nice.
