My Mom lived at IV …her room was very comfortable with 1 bedroom, kitchen & ample closet space. She enjoyed the meals and the family meal invites from IV. All the preparations, variety of foods & care were a 10! The staff worked well together and I saw & felt the compassion from them … taking the time for each resident working with them or just a short visit in the hallway.

My patient was not a good fit for this facility, as she required a higher level of care than assisted living can provide. After just one night, it became clear that her needs exceeded what the staff could accommodate, and she was asked to leave. There were also concerns regarding her ability to follow facility guidelines, including issues such as letting her dog out without a leash, smoking outside, and not attending meals.
