My husband had been at this facility since May. I have nothing negative to say. Rooms are spacious and kept clean by amazing housekeepers. Food is good and my husband often requests a second plate and they never disappoint They offer a wide range of activities and have a very engaging activity staff. The aids/caregivers are top notch. I have not met one that I was disappointed in. Turnover is low which is unusual for long term care facilities. I believe my husband is happy here, this makes me happy. I believe that …

We have found a place for my mother in Iris Memory Care of Nichols Hills. It's a memory care center, and I like that they have a lot of activities for the residents. The staff is nice and personable. It's also a good location and a nice building. The facility is laid out really well. The food is good, too. Something that I think they can improve on is to have a little more staff in the evening to help the residents, because a lot of them can't do a lot on their own.

In case you are now having to make a decision of what to do to provide the best memory care for your loved one, I want to share our experience and to give you hope. My mom and dad had self isolated for 9 years prior to this. We knew they were hiding something and my brother chose to drop in announced. Calls to visit were denied previously as "they had plans for the day and would not be home". Mom has passed away

Initially all seemed great. I received a phone call about first fall. She was given a wheelchair to use instead or in addition to her walker and when she tried to sit the chair wheeled away from her. She was ok then. No other communication when i went on vacation, phone was active and i was listed as emergency contact. When i went to pick her up at the end of her stay, i didn't recognize her. A little disappointed

My LO seems happy there. I have issues with housekeeping/laundry services. They seem to be short staffed with aides especially on the weekends. I do think the directors are working on getting these issues resolved so they never happen again.

I visited this facility

We had an in-person tour of Iris Memory Care of Nichols Hills. It was an excellent visit. The facility was very clean. It looked like there was plenty of help in every option that you would need to care for someone. The people we spoke to were very nice and cordial. It was laid out very nicely and in such a way that they gave optimum health care as needed. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The outdoor area was clean, all cemented, and wheelchair accessible.
